Here at Resonance Step + Stride Podiatry, we always take hygiene extremely seriously, and a lot of the measures you will read below were already in place as a part of our routine infection control.
However, in light of recent developments, we thought we would let you know how we are managing clinic hygiene to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

🦶 Clients who have travelled overseas in the last 14 days, or have people in their household who have, are asked to reschedule their appointment

🦶 Clients who have a cough, cold, sniffly nose, temperature, shortness of breath, or otherwise feel unwell are asked to reschedule their appointment

🦶 Clinicians who feel unwell or have symptoms of cold or flu will not be working. Please bear with us if your appointment is cancelled as a result of this

🦶 Our clinicians always wipe down high contact surfaces between clients using a medical-grade disinfectant

🦶 Our clinicians always use gloves where appropriate, sanitise after removing these & handwash between clients

Our biggest priority is keeping everyone healthy and minimising the spread of infection.
