What is gait analysis?
Gait analysis focuses on the position and alignment of the body and its relationship to the foot and the ground. Together with a thorough musculoskeletal assessment which looks at the range of motion in your joints (weightbearing and non-weightbearing), we are able to assess the forces, motion, and compensations contributing to injury or pain throughout the kinetic chain. A an assessment of your footwear is also an integral part of the assessment.
